Hello Uwe, In my case I had been using CS4 in Vista 64 and the upgrade to Win7
64 caused no problem at all....I am aware that CS5 list all the 'jobs' carried
over from CS4 but when opening such a project it offers "This project was saved
from a previous version of Adobe Premiere pro and must be converted. The
original project file will not be modified. Continue?"...OK.. From there one
goes straight into editing the old project if desired.
I can continue to use CS4 if I want to....Your problems I guess might be (as
you note) those of a project on 32 bit system moving to 64 bit...? ....Kelvin
PS: Adobe still have not offered 'support' for Nvidia GTX480,(which I bought on
bad advice?) although rumour has it that this will be done 'later' this year.
Which leaves me with difficult preview of AVCHD...while HDV is great.
