By Audio Meter are you talking about the Audio waveform on the Timeline, or
the Audio Level in the Audio Mixer Panel?
If it is the waveform, i.e., when I am trying to sync multi cams I expand
the Timeline and increase the height of the Audio track, making it easy to
sync. You can expand the height as much as you want, which serves as an
Audio Level meter. And you can expand the Timeline to show individual
frames.
(I think Adobe's suggestion is Soundbooth or Audition, as evidenced by the
items on the menu: Edit > Edit in Adobe Soundbooth or Edit > Edit in Adobe
Audition.)

Subject: [AP] Premiere audio meters
Hello all,
I was wondering if there is a way to see a larger audio meter on Premiere? I
rely heavily on a good audio meter but, haven't had any success in Premiere.
Very hard to see what is happening and if my audio levels are close. Maybe
there is a plug-in? Thanks.
