Hi Johnny as per ur instructions i found everything ok except " transition & jpeg "(which is tedius to scan). Again a preview render is a time killing option.
i found the following reasons from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/332/332331.html ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Additional Information- "Illegal files, or files not created to a specific format's complete coding specifications, may play properly in previous versions of Premiere or other third-party applications. Previous versions of Premiere used the default Microsoft DirectShow decoder for a given file type. Current versions of Premiere use their own internal decoders for playback of video files. These internal decoders have a lower tolerance for files that do not meet a specific file format's complete specifications." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Above is true. the problem does not occur in PR 6.5. i dont know whether Pr 2 can fix or not. what do u think ? Is it posb to overcome the absense of Microsoft DirectShow decoder in the curent versions ? i mean to say is there any plugin - any Encoder kind of tool ?
