Hello again,
trying to get the media encoder update for CS4- when we go to export media we
get the message that there is an update available & gives this web address:
http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
1. the pc is not connected to internet
2. when i go to the address on another pc- he first choice is for WIN64-
we have the new dell win7 64 bit os, but it seems this update is only for
version 5? can i still use it?
3. the update specifically v4.20 says nothing about 64 bit compatibility. do i
use this one?
4. regarding cs4 updates in general- are they cumulative, or do i need to
install all 4 available updates (4.01,4.1,4.2,4.2.1)?
we're still having export problems. i wanted to get the 3-4 cs4 projects out of
the system before doing the cs5 upgrade,just because, and have nothing but
troubles. Don't even get me started on trying to "export to tape".
any help-ideas-advice?
