Hi Tim,
The 1440 x 1080 may be the actual captured resolution. It's the
resolution that was first used for HDV and some MP4/AVCHD subformats
use 1440 x 1080 too for lower bitrates. Premiere just needs to know
somehow that it should be played back as 1920 x 1080.
