I would appreciate any help regarding my problem
My operating system is windows vista 64 bit using prem pro cs4
I was able to capture video from my camera using the controls on the capture
window with no problem. Now when i open the capture window the controls are
greyed out
Except for the set/in, set/out, the 4 timecodes boxes,stop and record button.
I can reset the timecode in the capture window, seeking shows up at the top of
the capture window and the camera then searches for the timecode.
When it finds it paused shows at the top of the capture window I then have to
press play on the camera and playing shows at the top of the capture window and
I see my footage I then have to press stop on the camera to stop playing and
again stop shows in the capture window
Everything to the right of the capture window under Log and Settings are
highlighted.
For me to capture from my camera I have to press play on the camera I can see
the footage in the premier capture window and then press record on the capture
window button and premier records the clip.
I cannot control the camera by the device control from the capture window
controls.
The capture window says the camera is on line.
One thing I have noticed when it was working ok was that the capture window
screen was a blue colour before footage was being recorded, now I notice the
screen is black before footage is captured.
I hope I have explained enough what my problem is
