Sharpen, does nothing but try to make the apparent edges in the video more
clear.  If the actual video is out of focus, I know of no way to actually
recreate the focal plane, at least without using very exotic technology.
 If I have to use a piece of out of focus video, I will often try to make
it seem as if I am using that effect.
