Thanks for the reply, Mark.  That makes sense.    An event sales situation is a 
bit different from most of our client situations, which are custom 
individualized productions.  At a "sales table" you are at least in a position 
to state your policy and then let customers either buy or not buy.    

If it's working for you at the sales table and not causing problems later on, 
that's great!  Frankly, it's nice to see that some smaller producers finally 
have this protection!
