Hello
I'm doing a job of digitizing NTSC VHS tape, but when I go to export the edited
clip in .mpg format (which is what the client wants) I see in the video that
the movements are "jagged" or "hopping ". This never happened while I exported
on PAL, but in NTSC I think the things aredifferent.
¿Do anyone can tell me the settings (if progressive, interlaced, whether to
set: upper, lower, etc.) to remove the jumps to make movements smooth, natural
look?
(I Use Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0)
