If you don't already know some, then you can just find some in the yellow
pages.

As far as whether or not they're good, hard to say.  I guess a lot of
people use Angie's List or Yelp for rating contractors.

I'd look for someone who had more than five years of experience, though.
 Then I would know they've been through the wedding season at least five
times, and that they have their shit together.
