Yes it's a separate A or B choice. To then burn a disc from your .iso image file, in the same Build tab you'd set the Output to DVD Disc. Then instead of the default Source setting of Current Project, you'd select Disc Image and then browse for the .iso file you created. I always work this way just to be sure that all subsequent DVD copies will exactly match the first one, just in case something in the project got altered accidentally.
