Hey gang,
About the Daily Tips and me...
I use Premiere (CS4, but as soon as the new Production machines come online
from my IT guys I'm switching to CS6 -- Premiere, After Effects, and Encore
primarily, with lots of Photoshop) for pretty much all my editing, and figured
there might be some crossover and some interest from other filmmakers (which is
why I asked initially, as well as mentioned tapping into the experiences of
other filmmakers, too) in associated veins, but that's okay if not.
I'm not a machine or a 'bot, I've been here for more than a decade (since April
2002 -- woot!) and (I hope) provided help where I could, and received some
great advice. I figured this would be helpful, too.
Rieni's received some complaints, though, and very kindly asked me to not post
them anymore, and I'm respecting that request, because I certainly don't want
to cause trouble. I have nothing but respect for what Rieni's built here.
If something comes up that specifically uses Premiere or Encore or After
Effects, I might mention it here, but for general filmmaking, yer on yer own.

Cheers,
Edward
