Maybe file avi format is not compatible with adobe premiere 3 & 4. For example
mts video, you cannot put in adobe premiere 3, 5 & 6 but it is compatible with
adobe premiere 4. in my computer, i installed premiere cs 4 & 6. for your
solution, you can convert avi file to another video file format, ex. mov. maybe
your avi file is formated HD, (Avi High defenition).

I have Premiere 3 & 4 and when I put an AVI file in 4 the video runs about
twice as fast but the sound is normal speed. When I put the same file in 3 it
is fine. Does anyone know anything about this? I have searched this and found
others with this problem but no one has a solution.

Thanks

Ken
