I don't know how this group is set up, but I can recommend enabling the
feature where image attachments are automatically saved to Yahoo's
servers, and replaced with a thumbnail and link in the messages that get
sent out. I'm on other Yahoo groups where the admin enabled this and
it's a joy to use, you can just send the attachment as normal.
(note that you have to attach the picture, if you try to place it
inline, ie. in the middle of an HTML message, Yahoo just strips them).
