if you go to https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=auditionloopology you should be able to download loops, sound effects, and music beds to use in Audition. It used to be called Resource Central and accessed from the Window drop down in CS5.5. In CS6 it is Download Sound Effects and more under the Help dropdown. You will need an Adobe account and password to log on to download the content. It is all in zip files.
