I am not sure whether the Adobe license philosophy is the same for all
of their programs.
One store here in South Africa sold Premiere Elements 11 and Photoshop
Elements 11
together for about $ 25. :-) :-)

For the fun of it I bought a set. I got 5 DVDs.
1. Prem Elem. 32bit for Win
2. Prem Elem. 64bit for Win
3. Prem Elem. for Mac
4. Photoshop Elem for Win
5. Photoshop Elem for Mac

I only got two lecense numbers with it - one for Premiere, one for
Photoshop.
I was not sure whether I could install it on two computers and installed
32bit Elem on a computer with XP and Elem 64bit on Win 7. Both work.
I have no Mac but am sure that I could have installed it on one with the
same license.

Only guessing but it should work the same with Prem Pro.
Good luck

Uwe
