Rick, I know that Adobe made some changes, I think around CS3 or CS4... First, highlight the sequence by clicking anywhere in the Timeline window, then go to Sequence->Sequence Settings on the menu, and click on the Playback Settings button. You can set where your Realtime Playback and Export videos go from that window.
