Both cmake and autotools build is now looking for SDL2_mixer when SDL2 is found. For cmake to pick up the change, delete your CMakeCache.txt. For automake it's best to run ./autogen.sh first, then configure. Nothing should change if you're still using SDL 1.2. But again, let me know if there are issues.
