Yes, I have one customer using the TSM 3.7 (ADSM in the past) on NT 4.0 SP5 with the same problem on QualStar TLS 4440 library(40 cartridges + 2 drives). The resolve was to fix TSM 3.7.0.0 to 3.7.3.0. We have the same problem! If the library does something stupid and stops responding, eventually, ADSM server hangs....then all the ADSM clients hang. It's a !@#$% nuisance.
