NOVELL and ADSM

Hello to you all

I am in the process of converting the backup procedures for my Novell
servers from Arcserve to ADSM (TSM 3.7).  Is there any problems that I
should be made aware of?  This is the first for me.  I know enough about
Netware 4.11 to get myself into trouble.  Could you help???
