Try running cfgmgr.
Also recall the note in the v4.1 README document about the Atape upgrade
may be required.

Just upgraded from ADSM 3.1 to TSM 4.1 on an AIX server.
I can't get the drives on line. I execute the command:
update drive pdc2_stklib acs0 device=/dev/mt0
and I get: ANR8420E
An I/O error occurred while accessing drive ACS0.
I have gone to Smit, and re-generated the devices, /dev/mt0 ... mt3.
Any ideas?
