Dr. Watson in NT after installing TSM4.1

Hi all ,

I   installed TSM server 4.1  on WINNT 4.0 service pack 4 , RAM 256 MB
whenever i  open configuration wizard   to configure any of the parameters in
TSM
DR. WATSON  shows his face ..  what should i check to correct this problem ..
