GRANT AUTHORITY <admin_name> CLASSES=NODE AUTHORITY=OWNER
NODENAME=<client_node>
If you look at the end of REGISTER ADMIN command description you can find
other relevant commands. One of them is GRANT AUTHORITY and you can look
what exactly it does.

Is there a way to assign a new admin to a client node? It doesn't appear
you can do it by updating the client.
