I've read from some where they said for TSM it's automatically do the
dbupgrade for you...
But my case I was not....
After loaddb/restoredb I need to run dsmserv dbupgrade .... If not the
adsmserver can't be up....

We just applied this version. We simply received and applied the PTF
(UQ56266). It calls in three or four others but is fairly straight
forward. No dbupgrade was required for TSM
