This is the amount of bytes transferred, not the amount of data backed up.
They are 2 different animals. I had this issue with one of my Notes
administrators. I was telling him that his main Notes server was backing up
50GB/night, but his filespace only showed 24GB used. This number of bytes
transferred includes the retries. When I went in and looked at the
DSMSCHED.LOG file with VERBOSE coded, I saw all kinds of retries because the
file was changing. Had to eat crow on that one! :-)

Subject: Statistics problem with TSM backup.

Hi Tsm'ers
Here is my problem.
by looking at below statistics, i suppose 44.81 GB is backedup to TSM
server.

But, when i look at my storage pool statistics , it surprised me. How my
storage pool occupation is too low that the above. query to storage pool
says only 13.5 % is occupied in 80GB space. (13.5% may also include other
nodes data in it.)
What is happening with TSM. or Is any thing wrong in my calculation.

here is the output of query storage pool.
No migration has happend while backingup the above node.
