Dylan, Tivoli's main homepage look has changed, much as other large companies fine-tune their sites, or, attempt to add more meaningful content.
There is not much you can do once the website has a new look...however, I will give you a website that may actually provide you with "a look back" with both Tivoli's site and probably some of your other favorite sites : http://www.archive.org/index.html A word to the wise, you may find that the last stored site may not be a viable link, especially if your attempting to go 3-4 links deep into the site. You may need to try earlier versions, like I had to do for Tivoli's site. I had to go back to July of 2001 to be successful. The dsmerror.log contains the same error messages as in the dsmsched.log file: ANS1228E and ANS1063E. Is it possible that because the TSM CAD service is now managing the TSM Scheduler service that the TSM CAD needs to run under a privileged account, too? It sure looks like a permissions issue, but I want to be sure I'm not missing something else before I have to start screwing with that. While most of the documentation on the Tivoli site is pretty good, they do a really lousy job addressing the myriad number of issues you can run into with this (e.g., permissions, syntax with batch files, etc.). BTW, anyone know what happened to all the older documentation on the Tivoli support site? You can't find anything for versions earlier than 4.1 for the server or client! Any and all help/suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Dylan
