If you're trying to move the data, not the tapes themselves, you can set the NEXTPOOL parameter on your storage pool to the desired target pool, then lower your migration threshold to have ADSM move the data for you. Same effect as running MOVE DATA on each volume, but without having to monitor and run so many commands.
