Hi Jens, correct me if I'm wrong but you want to connect from somewhere else to the web client on you linux server, that is linux:1581 for the client address and port, dont't you ?
One way you might think of is to estblish a tunnel and use it to communicate to the client. See the ssl / ssh documentation how to establish a tunnel Yours Peter Jens Fornfeist An: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <Jens_Fornfei Kopie: [EMAIL PROTECTED]> Thema: TSM-Client 4.2.1 for Linux x86 and https Gesendet von: "ADSM: Dist Stor Manager" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] RIST.EDU> 06.03.2002 17:42 Bitte antworten an "ADSM: Dist Stor Manager" Hi tsm'ers, does anybody know, if the tsm-(web)-client for linux (x86) can be configured for using ssl-communication???? ....and if not, is it planned for the next release??? thanks, Jens Fornfeist -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IDG mbh , Cologne Tel.: +49 221/308-2529 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
