See "query occupancy", but you'll have to run it through a script to add it
up into one number.
Servergraph/TSM does this daily, and breaks it out by primary/copypool, and
by backups/ archives /HSM data - and also shows you the trend over time for
each of these, so you can see if something's starting to explode.

query output.
