Folks, We've got TSM Server 4.1.0.0 on WinNT4 Could anyone advise what s ithe best method for dismounting a cartridge left on a drive as a result of a TSM server reboot. I've tried an mtlib demount:
C:\WINNT\system32> mtlib -los3494p3 -d -fmt3.0.0.2 where the library in question is a remote 3494 containing a 3590E1A drive, but it just seems to hang I get output for a 'query mount' (below) so there definitely is communication between the box and the library. C:\WINNT\system32> mtlib -los3494p3 -qM Should i be using some other utility? Could there be an underlying network issue/driver level? I don't seem to be able to find any mtlib documentation that might prove helpful - if anyone could point me in the right direction i'd be much obliged.
