Yahya, The Exchange Server issues this message when it wants you to run a FULL backup. I would try rebooting your machine. Then, run a TDP for Exchange FULL backup. After that, run a TDP for Exchange INCREMENTAL backup. At that point, let your scheduled automation take over. If it still fails, please call support.
