IC34207 also covers 4.2.2.x (if you look at the complete APAR text, 4.2.2.x, 5.1.0.x, and 5.1.1.x are all mentioned). Patch level 4.2.2.10 includes the fix for this APAR. The follow-on patch to 5.1.1.3 is also targeted to include this fix.
