Upgrade from Tivoli 4.2.1

Hello,

We are currently running Tivoli version 4.1.1(64 bit) on Aix version 4.3.3
and we
are going to Tivoli 5.1.6 on AIX 5.3
be upgrading soon.  We are trying decide whether there are any pros/cons to
the order
of upgrading both Tivoli and Aix...Tivoli first?  Aix first?  At the same
time?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
