Ameerul, On Windows TDP Oracle uses password access generate. Therefore, the password is encrypted and stored in the registry. Have you generated a password before? In your dsm.opt file makesure that passwordaccess is set to generate and use 'tdpoconf passw' to create a password in the registry. Hope this helps.
