Hi,
we went from 3.7.3 on Solaris 2.6 to 5.1.0.0, with some minor
problems.
There were some issues with Archives after the upgrade, due to changes to
table structures in
TSM, we were also advised to got 5.1.something, not to stay on 5.1.0.0.

Email me if you want more details

Hallo,

in order to integrate our Windows 2003 Domain Controller to TSM we plan
to upgrade our TSM server to 5.1 patchlevel (What do you think is
best?). At the moment we use TSM 3.7.4.6 (Atape 8.2.5.0 ) running on AIX
4.3.3 ML 11. Does anyone have experience in upgrading from 3.7 to 5.1?
Is it possible to do this upgrade without risk in one step not using TSM
Version 4?

Thanks in advance.

Kindest regards,
Thomas.
