5.1 formatting bug for upd sched

Has anyone noticed a 'bug' in the upd sched command with the quoting of
the commands in 5.1

 dsmc arch -archmc=sysback -deletefiles
'"/usr/lpp/sysback/images/all/*"'

add additional unblanced quotes in the file.
