So could there be any issue with the tcp ip port configuration?Also both the TSM client and TSM server are in different network each.

Is there any chance that a firewall got installed between the networks in question, or that some other device is blocking port 1500?
Are there any other TSM client nodes on the same network as the system you're having trouble with?
