If your trying to change port 1500 or the port the client contacts the server on then that is an all or nothing change.
I think it is way more work than you want to go through but you could create a 2nd TSM instance on the server that has your current TSM instance. You could share the tape library between the 2. That instance could have a different port and it could be used to backup the nodes that can't use port 1500. This is definitaly a long way to address your issue. What port or ports specifically are you having problems with? Some of the other things like tcpclientport and webports are client specific and can be set differently per client. Actually the only port that effects everyone is tcpport. You might also be able to use some port forwarding software. I don't have a lot of enough experience with that to give you any advice though.
