Try running the AUDIT LICENSE command. After that completes, run QUERY
LICENSE again. See if that makes any difference.

Also run

   SELECT COUNT(*) FROM NODES WHERE PLATFORM_NAME<>'(?)'

just to confirm the number of nodes in use (if you haven't already done
that).
