Hi, I am currently in search for a new library for a small-medium sized site. The new library should get FC-attached to a pSeries server, runnning TSM 5.2.2 I've taken a closer look at an IBM 3583-18 with the following features: - 18 Slots - Redundant Power Module - 12 Cartridge I/O Station - 4 LTO2 Drives Question #1: Has anyone made experiences with such a library running under TSM 5.2.2? I am especially interested in the reliability of this hardware. Question #2: Are there other products that i shoild look on? I am in no way bound to LTO technology, but size an features should be comparable to the above mentioned library.
