It depends on what type you are going with for EMC. We went with some EMC storage, in our open systems environment, but I have not heard much good about it. We have gone with IBM on the mainframe, and really like it. I am primarily on the mainframe so don't know exactly what was not liked about the EMC other then the support was bad when we had problems.
