also i have started to hear about ESS where i'll have to take flashcopy into 
consideration and Server free backupss ................ uuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!

Will be bugging you guys on this too later .. i wish after 1 week or so !! and not 
earlier !
