Not a silly question at all. I had the file name extension wrong. Sorry about that. The name of the support utility is supportUtil.bat. On a Windows System, taking the installation defaults, I have the filename located in Program Files\IBM\ISC\Tivoli\dsm\bin.

I am just in the process of upgrading another site to 5.3 and they are an active Web admin user as opposed to being command line oriented and they would like the timeout value changed.

Joerg, to change the timeout setting, do the following:
1. Start the Administration Center Support Utility. (supportUtil.cmd or supportUtil.sh for UNIX) 2. You will see option 5 (Update the Administration Center Session Timeout setting) 3. Enter the new value, and exit.
