As far as I've been able to tell, the License Wizard doesn't exist in
5.3.
They've finally started to update licensing to better reflect the
current
state of TSM affairs.  You no longer license by node, etc.   At the
moment,
the only way to license is by using the 'register license' command (see
help
register license).   You can find more details about how licensing has
changed in the current TSM 5.3 Technical Guide Redbook Draft, currently
found at:
