Two TSM Servers

Hi,
 
Is it possible to run 2 TSM servers on a SUN Solaris machine where one of them 
is ITSM v5.2, and one v5.3?
They are running with their own software (so not shared)
At the moment we have two 5.2.2 servers. One of those I want to upgrade to v5.3
I know that normally, with upgrading, the old version must be removed but is 
this, in this case, troublesome for the first server?
