<soapbox_mode> Please, please, folks. When you choose the reseller from whom you buy TSM (or any other major application), be sure to choose one that will provide service after the sale. Alexander's reseller (as mentioned above) should have ensured that Alexander was registered with IBM, told him how to access the Passport site, and how it is different than the IBM ftp site.
