Evening all
Currently attempting to allocate tape paths to a L180
library running Solaris 5.9.
Million dollar question is how do we identify which /dev/rmt/1stc
for example do we use for what?
We have 4 drives in one library then another 4 drives in another library
on a remote site which is shared.
This all started when we replaced two drives today, then the tsm server
was rebooted now we don't appear to be able control the library.
Under /dev/rmt/ we have 16 drive instances?
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
