I think someone is pulling a fast one on you. Most likely this is caused by sales people of iscsi equipment. However, FC is still faster, and more reliable. The only reason it would go away is if your managers and CIO decided to do away with it. From what I've seen out of Brocade, they'd be surprised to hear this.
