Netware TSM 551 client

Sorry for the question. I am backing up about 6 TB of data, divided into 3 
Netware volumes. We are forced to stop the backup because of Hydro issues in 
the building, the backup is on the last volume. What would it happen if I stop 
the backup, and re-run it later? would go to the last backed it up file or 
directory? what is the best way to stop the backup?
