dEAR all (TSM Experts) :)

Please help me, i'm always having errors when doing backup, the errror
message was:
ANS9999E ntrc.cpp(928): Received Win32 RC 1450 (0x000005aa) from FileRead():
ReadFile '<filenames.VOB'. Error description: Insufficient system resources
exist to complete the requested service.
If i repeated the operation again, it will cause error again.

I've just set the Open file support, but the machine hasn't reboot yet. The
files size approximately 900MB-1 GB (a video files i think). The server is a
file server (also TSM Server) which have a huge multimedia data (audio &
video). One more thing, this files are located on a mounted volume on a
drive. In the file explorer, this directory located on drive E:, but when i
see it from DIsk management, actually it was a volume.
Server Platform OS : Windows 2003 SP2, 4 GB RAM, TSM Server 5.4.0.0, TSM
Client 5.4.0.2.
I'm suspecting some causes this problem:
1. The Open file support
2. The TSM Version
3. The mounted volume

Any suggestions? THanks for your attention.
